Shipping Policy
Due to the weight of the products we sell we use several shipping services. If the item’s) you are interested in do not show a shipping cost simply call our office at 1-800-391-5419 during business hours and we will provide a quote for the best possible method of delivery. Or if you already have a shipping account with one of the major transportation services simply place your order with us and schedule a pick up with your shipper.
To ease on-line sales of some of the smaller easier to ship items we have programmed a set shipping fee (** See Below) to those products. That fee will cover ground service to any location within the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). If you are not within this shipping zone call for quotes. We will combine your items ordered into one shipping fee.

Standard Return Policy
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
- Notify us by email to sales@www.woodwardfab.com or call us at 800-632-5419 to report the return.
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories
- Replacing the product or
- Issue a refund**
- And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
- If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
Receipt of Damaged Product
If you received your item in a damaged shipping box please attempt to notify the shipping company at the time of delivery if possible, having the driver note the damage in their system at time of delivery.
If damage is concealed, please contact us at 800-632-5419. We will assist with replacement or returns of damaged items. We may ask for pictures of damages and/or shipping receipts to help process the damage claims.
