Do you accept returns?
- Yes! Product needs to be unused, in original packaging and customer is responsible for shipping back to Woodward Fab. Please call us at 1-810-632-5419 or 1-800-391-5419 (TOLL FREE ) for details.
What if the package arrives damaged?
- It is important to note all damages on shipping documents prior to accepting delivery. Please indicate damages to driver if possible. Contact us at 1-810-632-5419 or 1-800-391-5419 (TOLL FREE ) once damage is detected. Be prepared to provide pictures of damages to help in expediting the necessary corrective action.
How do you ship items?
- Most products are shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground Services. Items weighing in excess of 120 pounds ship via truck freight. Truck freight items can ship to a commercial or residential address. For truck freight, it will be required to provide address information for “business” or “residence”, if liftgate service is needed, and a contact phone number for delivery arrangements. Service carriers will contact you to make final arrangement prior to delivery. USPS service can be used upon request.
What payment methods are accepted?
- Online payment can be made using PayPal or any major credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER) on our secure site. For other payment methods, please contact us at 1-810-632-5419 or 1-800-391-5419 (TOLL FREE ) for details.
What if I want to add or change my order?
- Changes can be made prior to shipping by contacting us using the email notification in the contact us tab, or by calling us at 1-810-632-5419 or 1-800-391-5419 (TOLL FREE ) . Please have your invoice number or confirmation number handy when referencing your order.
When will my order ship?
- We strive to ship all in stock items within 24 hours from when the order was received. In some cases of large items or multiple orders, additional time is necessary for packaging and coordination with truck freight service providers.
Do you offer discounts for schools, educational programs or military?
- Yes, we offer a 6% discount for schools, educational programs and military. Please call us at 1-810-632-5419 or 1-800-391-5419 (TOLL FREE ) for details and help with your order.
Is there any warranty on the tools or equipment?
- Yes, in general our tools and equipment have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover consumable products such as cutting inserts, blades, belts etc… Please check each items description for details on each items warranty coverage.
Can I pick up products at your location?
- Yes, purchased items can be picked up at our location in Hartland Michigan. Our normal office hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST Monday – Friday. Please call ahead for arrangements.1-810-632-5419 or 1-800-391-5419 (TOLL FREE )
Is FINANCING available for Woodward Fab Tools? Can I Lease a machine instead of buying it?
