- Do you accept returns?

- What if the package arrives damaged?
- Please note all damage on the shipping documents before accepting delivery and notify the driver if possible. Contact us immediately at 1-810-632-5419 or 1-800-391-5419 (toll-free). Be prepared to provide photos to help expedite corrective action.
- How do you ship items?
- Most products ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Items over 120 lbs ship via truck freight and may be delivered to residential or commercial addresses. Additional details such as liftgate service and a contact phone number are required. USPS shipping is available upon request.
- What payment methods are accepted?

- In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours of order receipt. Larger or multiple-item orders may require additional handling time, especially when coordinating truck freight.

- Most tools and equipment include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Consumable items such as blades, inserts, and belts are not covered. Refer to each product description for specific warranty details.
- Can I pick up products at your location?
