Beneficial Features of Woodward Fab’s Curved T-Dollies

The following features of our curved T-dollies make them an ideal choice for most auto metal forming operations.

• We provide curved T-dollies in 3 different sizes with the sizes varying from ½ʺ diameter x 6ʺ length, ¾ʺ diameter x 6ʺ length, and 1ʺ diameter x 8ʺ length.
• The fine surface finish of the solid metal on the working end prevents unwanted dents during forging.
• Generally used to form flanges and edges by hammering (with hammer or slapper) the metal over a rounded dolly. The secondary applications of these dollies can be aligning and fixating a rivet, upsetting metal, detaching brackets, etc.
