Ensure you do not excessively stuff the bag with the above filling. Leave some space for the material inside to move based on the mallet blows. Keep the metal piece on the top of the bag. You can start giving blows on the bag with the help of the mallet on the sides or in the center portions depending on your metal shaping requirements.
