Working Principle of Tube Rolling Machine

These machines have 2 outside rollers and 1 center roller that applies pressure downward on the material being passed through the rollers. To start rolling a straight length of the tube, simply raise the center roller to allow the tube to lay flat across the outer rollers. Slowly lower the center roller to apply pressure to the tube. Roll the crank handle clockwise, then counterclockwise in a repeated motion. After multiple passes, increase the tension on the center roller and repeat moving material through the rollers using the crank handle. Continue to roll the tube back and forth until the desired curvature is achieved. Raise the center roller to remove the material from the machine.
