Beveling is one of the commonly used fabrication processes which help shape the sheet metal on edges, angles, and slopes. This softens or rounds off the edges which make the product or part safe to use and aesthetic. This is achieved with a variety of beveling tools such as plate and pipe beveling tools. Woodward Fab offers the industry leading Heck Industries electrically operated and handy Bevel-Mill® in various configurations which offer burr-free beveling on several metals. With the help of our metal bevel tools, you can achieve all this without excess heat generation and vibration, which may otherwise impact the material.

Our plate bevelers assure accurate weld preparation. We offer high-speed and easy-to-use bevel mills which offer an accurate cutting. All our beveling tools have adjustable angles between 15 and 45 degrees. Our beveling tools are equipped with BALDOR 110 Volt Meter, which assure accuracy and efficiency. They use standard carbide inserts with 4 cutting edges. Includes Carbide Cutters, Pipe Beveling Attachment, Bevel Lube and Instructions.
